1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how TSCR – Top Secret Chrono Crypt (“TSCR”, “Software” or “Product”) may collect, use, store, protect and process personal data and technical information in connection with the Software, website, license activation, purchase workflow, support, security, anti-abuse protection and related services.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with the TSCR End User License Agreement (“EULA”), Terms of Sale, Security Notice, Donation Policy, any applicable Cookie Notice and the specific purchase, license or activation record.
The EULA governs the license and use of the Software.
The Terms of Sale govern purchase, payment, activation, refund, cancellation and chargeback matters.
This Privacy Policy governs personal data processing.
By installing, activating, purchasing, using or contacting TSCR, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Controller
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the controller is:
• TSCR / the author and rights holder of the Software
• Website: https://tscr.x10.mx
• Email: time.crypt.secret@gmail.com
• For legal identification purposes, TSCR is authored and owned by Vladislav Marković, acting as an individual rights holder unless otherwise stated in official TSCR legal or commercial documentation.
3. Privacy principle
TSCR is designed as a data-protection and secrets-management tool.
The intended privacy principle is to minimize the amount of personal data and user content processed by TSCR.
Where possible, TSCR should process sensitive user content locally on the user’s device, without sending the content to TSCR servers or third-party services.
TSCR does not need to know your passwords, passphrases, encryption keys, decrypted files, vault contents or secrets in order to provide normal local encryption and secrets-management functionality.
However, certain technical, license, activation, payment, support, security and anti-abuse information may be necessary to operate, license, protect, support and improve the Software.
4. Data processed locally by the Software
The Software may create, store or process data locally on your device, including:
• local configuration;
• license state;
• activation state;
• encrypted local settings;
• encrypted vault or secrets data;
• encrypted files or encrypted text generated by the user;
• local logs or diagnostic information;
• local legal acceptance records;
• local security, integrity or anti-abuse markers;
• local anchor or device-identity information;
• keyring or credential-store markers;
• temporary files created during normal application operation.
Local data may remain on your device unless you delete it, uninstall the Software, reset the application, clear local configuration, remove local files or provide such data to TSCR for support.
Some local data may be encrypted or protected by TSCR mechanisms. However, local protection depends on your device, operating system, user account, backups, malware exposure, physical access, passwords, passphrases and other security conditions outside TSCR’s full control.
5. Data that may be processed for license and activation
To provide license activation, license verification, license recovery, reactivation, anti-abuse protection and fraud prevention, TSCR may process:
• Purchase ID;
• license code;
• activation code;
• user ID;
• license plan;
• license status;
• activation status;
• activation date and time;
• expiration date;
• renewal status;
• refund, chargeback or payment-dispute status;
• application version;
• operating system information;
• operating-system user context;
• device or machine fingerprint;
• virtual machine, sandbox or duplicate-environment signals;
• local license state;
• online license records;
• offline activation token data;
• activation attempts;
• activation errors;
• anti-abuse, integrity or security signals.
This information may be processed locally and/or online, depending on the license plan, activation method, current product version and technical conditions.
TSCR may use this information to verify that a license is valid, prevent unauthorized use, prevent trial reset abuse, detect duplicate or suspicious activation attempts, support legitimate reactivation and protect the integrity of the Software.
6. Legal document acceptance records
The Software may store a minimal local and/or online record that the user accepted or acknowledged the EULA, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Security Notice, Donation Policy, Cookie Notice or other related legal documents.
Such a record may include:
• document type;
• document version;
• document hash;
• acceptance date and time;
• application version;
• device or machine fingerprint;
• license or user reference where applicable.
The full text of the accepted document does not need to be stored in the acceptance record.
Legal acceptance records may be used to prove that the relevant document was presented, accepted or acknowledged before access, activation, purchase, donation or continued use was allowed.
7. Payment and transaction data
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, merchants of record, reseller platforms, banks, wallet providers or other payment processors.
Depending on the purchase method, TSCR may receive or process limited transaction information, such as:
• Purchase ID;
• payment confirmation;
• payment status;
• license entitlement;
• transaction reference;
• customer reference;
• payment-provider reference;
• plan purchased;
• purchase date;
• renewal date;
• expiration date;
• refund status;
• chargeback or dispute status;
• country, currency or tax-related information where provided by the payment provider;
• payment-related support correspondence.
TSCR does not intend to collect or store full payment-card numbers, full bank account credentials, card security codes or payment-provider login credentials.
Such payment information is normally processed by the applicable payment provider, merchant, reseller, bank or payment platform under its own terms and privacy policy.
8. Donation data
If TSCR accepts donations, donation-related data may be processed according to this Privacy Policy, the Donation Policy and the rules of the applicable payment provider.

• donation amount;
• donation date;
• payment-provider reference;
• donor name or email if provided by the payment provider or by the donor;

A donation is not a license purchase unless expressly stated at the time of donation.
9. Support and contact data
If you contact TSCR for support, activation, payment, legal, security or general inquiries, TSCR may process the information you provide, including:
• name or display name;
• email address;
• message content;
• support request details;
• screenshots;
• attachments;
• logs;
• application version;
• operating system information;
• license or Purchase ID information;
• activation information;
• diagnostic information;
• security or error reports.
You should not send passwords, passphrases, encryption keys, private secrets, decrypted files, confidential vault contents or other sensitive content unless specifically requested and only if you understand the risk.
If you voluntarily send files, logs, screenshots or messages to TSCR, they may contain personal data or sensitive information. TSCR may process such information for the purpose of responding to your request, resolving the issue, verifying license status, investigating abuse, improving reliability or protecting the Software.
10. Website data and cookies
When you visit the official TSCR website or related pages, certain technical information may be processed by the website, hosting provider, analytics provider, security provider, email provider or other website infrastructure provider.
Such information may include:
• IP address;

• cookie or similar technology data, if used.
If TSCR uses cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or similar technologies, the applicable Cookie Notice or Cookie Policy should explain this in more detail.
If no non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are used, a separate Cookie Notice may not be necessary or may be limited to essential website functionality.
11. AI, cloud and third-party provider data
Some TSCR features may interact with AI providers, cloud providers, database providers, hosting providers, email providers, payment providers, update infrastructure or other third-party services.
If a feature sends data to a third-party service, the relevant third-party provider may process that data under its own terms, privacy policy and security practices.
You should not send passwords, passphrases, encryption keys, private secrets, decrypted files, vault contents or highly confidential data to any AI, cloud or third-party service unless you intentionally choose to do so and understand the privacy and security implications.
Where possible, TSCR should warn users before sending sensitive or user-provided content to external AI, cloud or online services.
12. Data TSCR does not intend to collect
TSCR does not intend to collect, store or access the following during normal local use of the Software:
• your raw passwords;
• your raw passphrases;
• your encryption keys;
• your decrypted files;
• your vault contents;
• your secrets stored in local encrypted vaults;
• your full payment-card numbers;
• your card security codes;
• your payment-provider account passwords;
• your private files or messages unless you intentionally provide them.
However, if you voluntarily provide such information through support messages, screenshots, logs, attachments, contact forms or other communication, TSCR may receive and process it as part of that communication.
You are responsible for avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information when contacting TSCR.
13. Purposes of processing
TSCR may process personal data and technical information for the following purposes:
• providing the Software;
• activating and verifying licenses;
• processing purchases and renewals;
• handling refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and payment disputes;
• providing support;
• responding to legal, security or technical inquiries;
• maintaining legal acceptance records;
• preventing fraud, abuse, trial reset, license sharing and unauthorized use;
• detecting suspicious activation environments;
• protecting the Software, users, licensing systems, website and infrastructure;
• diagnosing errors and improving reliability;
• complying with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations;
• enforcing the EULA, Terms of Sale, Donation Policy and related documents;
• protecting legal rights and resolving disputes.
14. Legal bases
Depending on the situation and applicable law, TSCR may process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
• performance of a contract or steps before entering into a contract;
• compliance with legal obligations;
• legitimate interests, including license protection, fraud prevention, security, support, abuse prevention, payment verification and protection of legal rights;
• consent, where consent is required;
• establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Some processing may be necessary for license activation, license verification, purchase handling, fraud prevention or support. If you refuse such processing, TSCR may be unable to provide the requested license, activation, purchase, support or service.
15. Sharing of data
TSCR may share or make available limited data to third parties where necessary, including:
• payment providers;
• merchants of record;
• reseller platforms;
• banks or wallet providers;
• hosting providers;
• database providers;
• email providers;

• AI providers, if used by a selected feature;
• security, anti-abuse or infrastructure providers;
• professional advisers, where necessary;
• authorities, courts or regulators where legally required.
TSCR does not sell user data to advertisers.
Third-party providers may process data under their own terms, privacy policies and legal responsibilities.
16. International transfers
Because TSCR may use third-party providers for payment, hosting, email, database, analytics, AI, support or infrastructure services, personal data may be processed in countries other than your own.
Where required by applicable law, TSCR or the relevant provider should rely on appropriate safeguards, contractual terms, adequacy decisions or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
The exact transfer situation may depend on the provider used, the user’s country, the payment method, the hosting location and the feature involved.
17. Retention
TSCR may retain personal data and technical information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may depend on the type of data:
• license and activation records may be retained while the license is active and for a reasonable period afterwards;
• legal acceptance records may be retained for evidence, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes;
• payment and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, refund, chargeback, fraud-prevention and legal purposes;
• support messages may be retained for as long as necessary to handle the issue and maintain reasonable support history;
• security, fraud and anti-abuse records may be retained as necessary to protect TSCR and prevent repeated abuse;
• website logs may be retained according to hosting, security and operational needs;
• local data remains on the user’s device unless deleted by the user, removed by the Software or affected by system cleanup, reinstall, reset or uninstall.
TSCR may retain anonymized, aggregated or non-identifying information for longer periods where it no longer identifies a user.
18. Security
TSCR takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and technical information within its control.
Such measures may include local encryption, access controls, license verification safeguards, anti-abuse controls, limited data collection, provider selection, secure communication where applicable and internal minimization of access.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Security also depends on your device, operating system, account security, passwords, backups, malware exposure, physical access, third-party providers, internet connection and user behavior.
You are responsible for protecting your device, account, passwords, passphrases, keys, local files, backups and recovery information.
19. User rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:
• request access to your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing;
• request data portability where applicable;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
These rights may be subject to legal limits and may not apply in every situation.
For example, TSCR may need to retain certain license, payment, security, fraud-prevention, legal acceptance or transaction records where retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, license enforcement, accounting, security or protection of legal rights.
20. How to exercise your rights
To exercise privacy rights or ask privacy-related questions, contact TSCR through the official contact channels:
• Website: https://tscr.x10.mx

If a request is unclear, excessive, repetitive, abusive, technically impossible, legally restricted or affects the rights and security of others, TSCR may refuse or limit the request to the extent permitted by law.
21. Children
TSCR is not intended for children or for users below the age required to enter into a valid software license, purchase, donation or related legal agreement in their jurisdiction.
TSCR does not knowingly intend to collect personal data from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal data to TSCR, please contact TSCR so that appropriate action can be considered.
22. Changes to this Privacy Policy
TSCR may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If changes are material, TSCR may notify users through the Software, website, email, update notice, Legal & Documents page or another reasonable method.
Minor corrections, formatting changes, clarifications, translation updates or non-material changes may not require renewed explicit acceptance.
Continued use of the Software, website, paid features, activation workflow, support channel or related services after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy, unless mandatory law requires a different process.
