1. Introduction

This Donation Policy explains how voluntary donations related to TSCR – Top Secret Chrono Crypt (“TSCR”, “Software” or “Product”) are handled.

This Donation Policy should be read together with the TSCR End User License Agreement (“EULA”), Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Security Notice, any applicable Cookie Notice and the relevant payment-provider terms.

The EULA governs the license and use of the Software.

The Terms of Sale govern purchase, payment, activation, refunds, cancellations and chargebacks for paid licenses.

The Privacy Policy governs personal data processing.

This Donation Policy governs voluntary donations.

2. Voluntary nature of donations

A donation is a voluntary contribution made to support TSCR, its author, development, maintenance, documentation, hosting, testing, infrastructure or related work.

A donation is not required in order to use a valid paid TSCR license.

A donation is not the same as purchasing a TSCR license.

A donation should be made only if the donor voluntarily chooses to support TSCR.

3. Donation is not a license purchase

Unless expressly stated at the time of donation, a donation does not grant:

• a paid TSCR license;

• license activation rights;

• paid features;

• premium functionality;

• upgrade rights;

• renewal rights;

• reactivation rights;

• transfer rights;

• support entitlement;

• commercial service entitlement;

• priority support;

• refund rights beyond mandatory law or payment-provider rules;

• ownership rights;

• source code rights;

• rights to TSCR algorithms, protected code, branding, documentation or confidential know-how.

If a donation is connected to any specific benefit, reward, license, service or access right, that benefit must be expressly stated at the time of donation.

If no such benefit is expressly stated, the donation is treated as a voluntary non-license contribution.

4. Donation payment providers

Donations may be processed through third-party payment providers, wallet providers, banks, donation platforms, merchant platforms or other payment services.

The applicable payment provider may apply its own:

• terms of service;

• privacy policy;

• payment rules;

• refund rules;

• dispute process;

• currency conversion;

• fees;

• account restrictions;

• tax or compliance rules.

TSCR does not control third-party payment providers and is not responsible for their outages, restrictions, account limitations, payment failures, currency conversion, provider fees, provider policies or technical errors outside TSCR’s reasonable control.

5. Donation data

Donation-related data may be processed according to the Privacy Policy and the rules of the applicable payment provider.

Depending on the payment method, donation-related data may include:

• donation amount;

• donation date;

• payment-provider reference;

• donor name or display name, if provided;

• donor email, if provided;

• payment status;

• dispute, reversal or chargeback status;

• donation-related communication.

TSCR does not intend to collect or store full payment-card numbers, card security codes, bank login credentials or payment-provider account passwords.

Such payment information is normally processed by the applicable payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Refunds, reversals and disputes

Donations are generally voluntary contributions.

Submitting a refund, reversal or dispute request does not automatically guarantee that the donation will be refunded.

Refunds, reversals, chargebacks and disputes may be handled according to:

• mandatory applicable law;

• the applicable payment-provider rules;

• the donation record;

• this Donation Policy;

• the Privacy Policy;

• any specific written terms shown at the time of donation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSCR may refuse a donation refund where:

• the donation was voluntary;

• no specific paid license or commercial service was purchased;

• the refund request is abusive, fraudulent, repeated or inconsistent;

• the payment-provider rules do not require a refund;

• the request is connected to chargeback abuse, payment manipulation, fraud, illegal activity or misuse.

Nothing in this Donation Policy limits mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

7. No obligation to continue development or services

A donation does not create an obligation for TSCR, the Licensor, the author, the author’s heirs, family members, successors or unrelated third parties to continue development, support, hosting, activation services, online services, updates, maintenance, compatibility work, AI services or any other TSCR-related activity forever.

TSCR may change, limit, suspend, discontinue or replace features, services, infrastructure, donation channels or development priorities according to the EULA, Terms of Sale, Security Notice and practical circumstances.

8. No ownership or control rights

A donation does not give the donor ownership, control, voting rights, management rights, intellectual property rights or decision-making authority over TSCR.

A donor may not claim ownership of TSCR, its code, algorithms, design, protected modules, documentation, branding, licensing systems, activation systems, anti-abuse systems, website, infrastructure or related know-how.

All rights remain with TSCR / the author and rights holder of the Software.

9. Public recognition

TSCR may, where appropriate, provide optional public recognition for donors.

Public recognition is not guaranteed.

A donor should not expect public recognition unless expressly confirmed.

If public recognition is offered, the donor may be asked what name, display name or reference may be shown.

TSCR should not publicly disclose donor personal data without an appropriate basis or permission where required.

10. Misuse of donation workflow

You must not use the donation workflow to:

• launder money;

• test stolen payment methods;

• make fraudulent payments;

• create false claims of license entitlement;

• impersonate TSCR or the Licensor;

• pressure TSCR into providing unsupported services;

• bypass license purchase requirements;

• abuse refunds, disputes or chargebacks;

• send illegal, abusive, threatening or harmful messages;

• create legal, security, operational or reputational risk.

TSCR may refuse, restrict or report donation-related activity where required or permitted by law, payment-provider rules or security needs.

11. Taxes and fees

Donation payments may be subject to payment-provider fees, bank fees, currency-conversion costs, taxes or other charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the donor is responsible for any charges, taxes or fees that apply to the donor’s payment.

TSCR may receive less than the amount paid by the donor due to provider fees, currency conversion or other deductions.

12. Relationship with other documents

This Donation Policy forms part of the TSCR legal/documentation framework.

If there is a conflict between documents, the order of priority defined in the EULA and Terms of Sale applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

The EULA governs software use and license restrictions.

The Terms of Sale govern purchase, payment, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and commercial terms.

The Privacy Policy governs personal data processing.

The Security Notice explains security limitations and safe-use responsibilities.

The Cookie Notice, where applicable, governs website cookie-related matters.

This Donation Policy governs donation-specific matters.

13. Changes to this Donation Policy

TSCR may update this Donation Policy from time to time.

If changes are material, TSCR may notify users through the Software, website, email, update notice, Legal & Documents page or another reasonable method.

Minor corrections, formatting changes, clarifications, translation updates or non-material changes may not require renewed explicit acceptance.

Continued donation activity or use of donation-related channels after the effective date of an updated Donation Policy means that you acknowledge the updated Donation Policy, unless mandatory law requires a different process.
