TSCR Secret Vault
All Your Secrets.
One Protected Place.
Passwords, accounts, cards, private notes, technical keys and everyday loyalty cards — neatly organized in your own protected TSCR workspace.
Spend less time hunting for sensitive information. Keep it ready when you need it, without giving up control of your secrets.
01. One place for the things you cannot afford to lose Much more than a password list.
A password is only one kind of secret. TSCR Secret Vault brings together common personal and professional records in a structured, searchable environment. You choose what to keep and when to use it.
Usernames, passwords, account URLs and related notes.
Account
Broader account identities and associated details.
Bank
Accounts, IBAN, SWIFT and other banking references.
Card
Payment-card details and related sensitive information.
API Key
Developer credentials, tokens and service secrets.
Note
Private notes, reference details and reminders.
My Secret
Personal sensitive information for special purposes.
Other
Flexible records that do not fit a standard category.
02. Your everyday Vault workflow Add it. Find it. Use it. Keep it protected.
Add a record
Open Secret Vault, choose New, select the relevant record type and fill in the details.
Organize
Give the record a recognizable title and use supported notes, tags and Favorites to keep it findable.
Find & use
Filter by type, search the list, select an item and copy the specific field you need.
Keep it current
Use Edit when details change, remove obsolete entries and make protected backups when needed.
No more searching through notebooks and messages
Instead of keeping a login in one browser, a bank reference in a document and a technical token in a message, maintain those sensitive records in a single protected workflow.
Different secrets, appropriate fields
Use the structured type that fits the content. This keeps sensitive details easier to locate than storing everything in one long text note.
03. Loyalty Cards & Apps — a surprisingly useful Vault trick One everyday habit, fewer things to search for at checkout.
Supermarket, pharmacy, coffee, fuel, travel and shopping rewards: many programs give you a membership number, a barcode or a QR code. Keeping supported membership information in Secret Vault can make the card easier to find when you actually need it.
Sometimes, the “loyalty app” is simply a way to show your membership barcode.
Think of the familiar moment at the checkout: you are asked for a club card, but first you have to unlock your phone, locate the right store app and navigate to its barcode. If a program accepts a fixed membership QR code or barcode, keeping that information in your Vault can reduce those extra steps.
Important distinction: Static membership identifiers are not the same as rotating QR codes, one-time vouchers, live reward balances, retailer-specific payment features or app-exclusive offers. A stored card cannot automatically replace those dynamic app features. Check the retailer's acceptance rules and your TSCR version's available code-display options.
Membership ready
Keep a membership reference where you can find it, instead of scrolling through a long list of store apps.
Repeat visits, same card
A reusable, static loyalty identifier can be stored with its program name and accompanying notes.
Know which code is which
Separate programs clearly, so you do not confuse similar-looking QR codes or membership numbers.
04. Real-world use cases Useful at home, at work and on the move.
Accounts without the guesswork
Keep login details, account recovery references and private notes together, rather than scattered between notebooks, screenshots and saved messages.
One place for payment references and rewards
Use protected records for cards and separate loyalty-program information, while avoiding disclosure of details a merchant does not need.
API keys without sticky notes
Organize development and service tokens by project, label their purpose and rotate or replace them when required.
Keep sensitive references structured
Store permitted account, banking or service details with useful context. Follow your organization's policies for storing company secrets.
Private backup information
Keep recovery notes or important account references protected — with a separate recovery strategy in case you lose access to the Vault.
Find the right loyalty membership
Locate the retailer, retrieve the saved identifier and use a supported fixed code where accepted. No false promise of tracking live points.
05. Secret Vault + Browser Link A convenient bridge from protected records to supported websites.
The TSCR Browser Link companion extension connects supported browser workflows to the running TSCR desktop application. That means your saved records can be useful beyond the Vault screen — while access and sensitive operations remain controlled through the TSCR workflow.
06. Secret Generator — make stronger secrets when you need them From a new account password to a developer token.
The integrated Secret Generator produces controlled secret values and offers a practical strength/entropy estimate. It works independently or in the context of a Vault record.
- Password and passphrase generation, including multilingual LangMIX word selection.
- PINs, tokens, API keys and UUID values for different workflows.
- Usernames, Wi-Fi passwords, test cards and short secure phrases.
- Estimator feedback on the approximate strength of generated or entered values.
Strength and crack-time estimates are heuristic indicators, not guarantees. Generated values still need to be stored and handled appropriately.
07. Import, export & backup Move your records deliberately, without losing track of what is protected.
Bring existing records in
Select a file, use format autodetection or manual selection, inspect the preview and validate before import. Where duplicates are detected, use the available Skip / Import all / Cancel choices.
External formats vary; review field mapping and sensitive content before confirming.
Back up or migrate out
Export can be useful when moving to another machine or archiving records. Choose the output format carefully and verify where the file was saved.
Plain JSON/CSV exports are sensitive: protect or delete them promptly after use.
Choose source
Use a supported external file or a previous TSCR export.
Inspect preview
Check types, fields, content and unexpected duplicates.
Confirm operation
Import or export only the records you intend to handle.
Protect the file
Encrypt or securely remove any intermediate plaintext export.
08. Optional Online Vault Encrypted remote backup and migration when that workflow is available.
TSCR's core Secret Vault is local-first. You do not need to make routine local secrets management dependent on a third-party cloud account. The separate Online Vault model is intended for controlled server/database-backed storage, backup, migration and related workflows when enabled in the available application version.
Protect locally
Keep the working Vault on your own device under TSCR's protected local storage model.
Choose remote use
Use the optional online workflow for a specific backup or migration need, rather than treating it as mandatory.
Encrypted payloads
Secret content is protected before remote database storage. Some operational or licensing metadata may still be processed separately.
Availability, supported platforms and scope of synchronization depend on the deployed TSCR version and service status. Online backup is not a guarantee of uninterrupted remote access or recovery without the correct credentials/keys.
09. Privacy is part of the design Protect the data — and minimize who needs to see it.
Your secrets are yours — not an analytics dataset.
Normal local Secret Vault use does not require collection of your passwords, passphrases, decrypted files, encryption keys or Vault contents by TSCR. Your core Vault remains on your device, protected by the TSCR TOP SECRET workflow.
When you choose Online Vault, secret payloads are protected before database storage. Optional services, licensing, transactions, support and website use can involve limited technical or account data as explained in the official Privacy Policy.
Privacy is not a claim that absolutely no technical data is ever processed. TSCR distinguishes your protected secret content from optional online operations and the metadata necessary for supporting and licensing the software. See the Privacy Policy for details.
10. Questions & answers
Is Secret Vault only a password manager?
No. It supports structured records for logins, accounts, banking data, payment cards, API keys, notes, personal secrets and flexible other records. Loyalty membership information is one practical everyday use case.
Can TSCR replace every loyalty app on my phone?
No. A fixed membership ID or scannable code may be reusable if the retailer accepts it, but rotating QR codes, account-specific coupons, live points, app payments and proprietary in-app actions still require the original service or app.
Does the loyalty illustration show a real app screen or live points?
No. It is an illustrative concept. The sample brands, points balances and on-screen layout are explanatory, not a guarantee of UI parity or live integration with rewards providers.
Do I need Online Vault to use Secret Vault?
No. The basic Vault is local-first. Online Vault is an optional separate workflow for supported encrypted remote backup and migration scenarios.
Does TSCR collect my local Vault contents?
Normal local Vault operation does not require the collection of your stored secret contents by TSCR. Other services, including licensing, payment, website and support functions, may process limited data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Can Browser Link automatically save every generated password?
No. Generating/filling and saving are separate actions. Use the supported Save/Update flow and approve it in TSCR when required.
What if I export a JSON or CSV file?
Those formats may contain readable sensitive records. Secure the export, avoid unsafe sharing and delete or encrypt any plaintext file when it is no longer needed.
Are TOTP codes and Passkeys stored as ordinary Vault passwords?
No. TSCR Authenticator provides the relevant authentication-account and credential workflows. Secret Vault and Browser Link may integrate with them, but 2FA and Passkeys follow their own security model.
